The Dolan House was built in 1888 by James Dolan a major participant in the Lincoln County War. It is made of adobe bricks - all of the walls are 20" thick even the interior walls. This keeps the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The property is listed on the National Historic Registry.

The Dolan House was operated as a Bed & Breakfast/ Restaurant and Gift Shop, generating a significant amount of income prior to covid.

If you want the house as a private residence, it could have 5 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A large dining room with a huge rock fireplace capable of burning a three-foot log. Two of the rooms have the original fireplaces. There is a large room that could be used as an office, rec room or living room with a wood and gas stove.
