Farm to Table Gourmet is an understatement. The Folkestone Inn has long been know for its delicious breakfasts. Now the mornings are even more scrumptious. The Folkestone Inn began in the early '20s as a rural farmhouse surrounded by cornfields, gardens and pastures. Today, much of that farmstead feelings remains. The garden provides fresh herbs and veggies for the legendary farm-to-table breakfast. The beloved flock of hens provide the kitchen with the freshest eggs. Approximately 50+/- free range chickens. The cornfield is now a sprawling front lawn with plenty of room to chase frisbees or do your morning yoga. Closer to the house, local craftsman homemade chairs surround a fire pit that comes to life many evenings.
