The W.T. and Eloise Alexander House features a unique architectural design with its low-slung, wraparound porch and vernacular Ionic columns. The four bedroom, one bath home is located on a corner lot with mature plantings in a neighborhood near downtown Lenoir. The two-story, square-shaped home features original wood-shake shingle walls with a flared pyramidal roof, central chimney, and two-over-two double-hung sash windows.
