I am a native of Georgetown, SC, and have lived in this historical area most of my life. I own two Charleston "single houses", one built in 1765 which I reside in and rent another built in 1825. These homes have stood the test of time-hurricanes, fires, wars, and progress. I have a passion that goes beyond listing and selling these properties.

Nestled between Charleston and the Grand Strand is the hidden gem of Georgetown, a town that boasts both a colorful past and a modern quality of life that has ranked it among America’s 100 best small towns.  Georgetown is South Carolina's third oldest city, and evidence of the city's pre-Revolutionary War beginnings can be seen everywhere in this community of about 9,000 people.

We have several homes that have escaped major changes due the fact many owners could not afford it and others that have undergone meticulas restoration. I will be happy to share my knowledge and enthusiasim with you.
