I began my real estate career in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado 22 years ago.  I am a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the Historic Preservation Alliance of Colorado Springs. With an interest in architecture, antiques, and history, I offer knowledge in historic properties as well as the real estate business. I am also a ballroom dancer who is married to a professional ballroom dancer.

We are different from many companies who have an "assembly line" mentality and simply want to crank out numbers for themselves. We do not consider the real estate business to be a "sales" business but a "service" business. We want our clients to feel that they are treated honestly and fairly with every care and consideration given to service that is customized specifically for their needs. Our service revolves around a high level of expertise, experience, ethics, and attention to detail in marketing and contractual protection. Quotas and production-line goals do not ensure these goals and, more often, are in direct opposition to these values. For this reason, we are intentionally a small company with only the best agents, who treat you as a valued individual rather than a statistic.  It's like the difference between fine, hand-crafted furniture or a carefully and lovingly created original oil painting and mass-produced pieces.
