The property is ideal for the environmental conscious buyer. Much of the food waste from the Inn is used to feed the "Free Ranging" chickens. Yes the chickens are free ranging during the day. Each evening they end up back at their chicken house on their own. All the meat proteins-bacon, sausage, ham-are cured and smoked at the Inn. As you enter Bryson City turn onto Everett Street. Cross the bridge and continue towards the train station. Cross the train tracks, bear right onto Water Street which becomes Toot Hollow Road. Follow Hoot Hollow until it ends. Turn left in West Deep Creek. Proceed 0.2 of a mile and turn left on Folkestone Road. Turn left at the Folkstone Inn sign.
