As an agent with Ramagli GMAC, I aim to help buyers and sellers of both "young and old" houses. I specialize in historic properties and am dedicated to seeing them pass to good hands that are interested in helping preserve their history. I utilize historic research to help market historic properties based on their historic value. Combined with the other benefits of a property, this presents a nice package of a property that can fit the needs of a modern family but yet has character and a story.
I aim to help buyers find the historic property that meets their financial abilities, labor skills and creates the personal fulfillment that they are looking for.
My home and office are located in Bucks County, however, I work in various areas in Southeastern Pennsylvania. This includes Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Chester, Philadelphia, Berks, Northampton, Lehigh and Lancaster Counties and I am willing to travel to travel to other PA locations. This provides me an opportunity to work in places such as the quaint Bucks County Delawre River towns such as New Hope, the estates of the Philadelphia mainline and the beautiful historic farms of Chester and Lancaster Counties as well as historic towns such as Doylestown, Newtown and Easton.
My background as a licensed master's level clinical social worker has involved years of experience working with families and individuals. In addition to my Master's Degree in social work and Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in marketing, I now have a certificate in Historic Preservation. I had studied preservation at the Bucks County Community College and graduated in 2007. My experience has had me conducting National Register nominations, particpating in archeological digs, and working on restoration projects. My colleagues and I just recetly received the frist place Peterson Award from the U.S. Department of the Interior for our architectural documentation of "The Stone Barn at Best Farm" on the Monocacy Battlefield near Frederick, Maryland.
I can be reached at 610-291-9571 or csmith@ramagli.com. I'd love to hear about the historic house that you have, that you are considering selling or that you are searching for.
