Johanna Welty is an Historic Property Broker and Inn Sales Specialist based in the San Francisco Bay Area but who serves all of the Golden State and now also all of the United States and internationally.  With an MBA in Marketing/Real Estate, Johanna obtained her first California real estate license in 1977 and, currently, is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and many historic preservation organizations throughout our country and world.

Complementing Johanna’s significant real estate marketing experience is her lifelong interest in historic properties that began with a Smithsonian Fellowship at Williamsburg, Virginia.  Since many inns are also historic properties, Johanna’s past National Trust nominating experience as well as her professional work with related, international preservation groups often add valuable depth to her comprehensive array of real estate services.
