We have more than 30 years experience in real estate sales. Jim is the past President of the Mark Twain Area Association of Realtors. We have restored our 1855 home that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are very familiar with tax credits available in Missouri for restoration projects and have included links to information on these tax credits.
Although Jim graduated with a BA from the University of Minnesota and MA in public address from the University of Houston, his avocation for forty years has been the study of historic American residential architecture and mid-century modern architecture inspired by geniuses like Frank Lloyd Wright and Philip Johnson. Talley Classic Properties, LLC will appreciate the unique architecture of your home and present its special features to potential buyers. Jim Talley has served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Preservation Alliance and for the past two years has served as President of the Marion County Historical Society. Jim and Nancy are members of the Friends of Historic Hannibal. Jim and Nancy are also active members of the Palmyra Heritage Seekers and Landmarks of Northeast Missouri.
